Megan Whelan – Administration Assistant – Starts 6th September.
Peter Cocker – Technical Operation Manager – Starts 3rd October.
Rhonda Cator – Sport Operations Manager – Starts 1st December.

 

Megan, Peter and Rhonda join Peter Roberts (GOLDOC Badminton Manager) in the day to day operations and functions at the GOLDOC offices, and we all look forward to a great badminton event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.

The Badminton World Federation (BWF) has issued an invitation to the BWF Para-Badminton World Championships in November 2017, Ulsan City, Republic of Korea.

The Badminton World Federation (BWF) has issued an invitation to the BWF Para-Badminton World Championships in November 2017, Ulsan City, Republic of Korea. This Championships is the pinnacle event of the year and essential to promoting para-badminton ahead of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. Badminton Australia (BA) is seeking expressions of interest from players who wish to compete at the event. Please note that BWF have imposed entry restrictions per country per event, thus BA will take this into consideration when selecting a team, along with other criteria indicated in the attached. Any players interested in competing should return the below nomination forms to BA by 15 August.
